Last week I saw on Sydi on FB posted a video recipe in Russianhttps: //www.facebook.com/photo.php? V = 563797976994181 & set = vb.63301101347 & type = 2 & theater. I didn't really understand what was written there, but m -I guided by the sense of sight;) What came out? A very good preparation!

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Eggs in the oven:

Fry the bacon slices in the Dry Cooker pan on each side until lightly browned.

Take them out on the plate.

Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.

The egg whites are mixed with hard foam (until they stay on the targets).

They are divided into two.

In the pan in which we fried the bacon, we put the two parts of the mixed egg whites, making a little space in the middle with a spoon in which we put a yolk.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Put the pan in the hot oven for 7-8 minutes.

Put eggs, fried bacon on the plate and serve with vegetables, as desired.

Just forgetting is a slow suicide for me.

Hmm how good it looks. You made me want it! Because I have all the ingredients I will try it tomorrow and I will come back with impressions :)

I'm cooking, Alyssa! I'm waiting for you with impressions. Cristina just gave me a tip on Facebook: if you put a little milk in the water in which you boil the cauliflower, it will remain white.

The truth is that it ends me with so many good recipes. dear man in the pan :))
Mine already threatens me that I will reach double the weight at this rate =))
Cristina Lara

:)) Then let's keep pace: P Today you are still lucky, cauliflower is quite harmless.

It looks appetizing, and I'm a cauliflower fan.

Do you like cauliflower and nutmeg? I understand that some people don't like the idea of putting nutmeg in food.

you have an extraordinary blog, I just discovered you and I joined your friends' community, maybe you will visit me too!
P.S. can you tell me how you entered the "print recipe" button? it would be very useful for me too!
thanks!

Thanks too :) I see that you have a private profile and I can't contact you, so write me on fb and I'll explain what it's like with the button.

I really like cauliflower, so you only have congratulations from me.

Just tonight I will put this recipe into practice, you know! :)

I managed to do it only today so I promised to come with impressions :) My friend liked it very much, he never gets tired of it..I ate a little because I'm on a diet but I liked it.although I think I prefer cauliflower bread, it was a bit heavy for my stomach
By the way, I want to congratulate you, I made many recipes from the blog and they turned out pretty well. Although I'm not that big a cook, I won't give up :))

:)) So, don't give up. Maybe we should congratulate each other, the fact that you have succeeded in other recipes on the blog is not just my merit)
By the way, I think cauliflower bread is heavier because it involves frying.

Hm, I have to try this, I really like cauliflower! The truth is that I really like your site too! You have a simple and unique style! Good luck further. To surprise us so nicely from now on :)
I am at the beginning of the road http://laupasca.blogspot.com
Good evening!
Dear Laura

I'm glad to hear that my site is to the liking of another culinary blogger :) Good luck with the new blog!

boss, 2 eggs with sour cream, my composition came out too long and it ran off the cauliflower! I'll try an egg next time.

I do not really understand. what do you mean the composition on the cauliflower flowed? The composition must also flow between the cauliflower pieces, it must not remain all over the cauliflower. I say that next time it would be good to try two eggs.

the recipe is in the oven, it smells so good. I can't wait to taste it, very simple and healthy..thanks for the idea I have used nutmeg in food so far..I'm curious

Well, it's wonderful, I couldn't help but put garlic sauce over my portion: P

So you liked cauliflower nutmeg. Or did you put the mujdei to cover it? :)

God, how did this recipe work out for me! Grade 20 from me, not for nothing is the site called man in the pan, I feel like I didn't make the food alone :))

:)) That's me, always ready to help ladies in need: D I'm waiting for you to make the following recipe.

very tasty, nutmeg works very well

Although it is found everywhere and is not expensive at all, I noticed that this nutmeg is not a widely used ingredient in our kitchens. I think it goes very well with cauliflower, I'm glad you liked the combination.

I just took it out of the oven :)
I can't wait to devour her :))

I just put the cauliflower in the oven. So far, all good and beautiful. It smells great and I can't wait to taste it :) Thanks for the recipe

With pleasure! If your cauliflower already smells great in the oven, then the chances are that something will go wrong :) Have a craving!

You, man in the pan, are on the 4th recipe on your blog in a week, and my husband is more than happy! Congratulations and good luck!
Delia

Delia, I'm waiting for you to break the record for recipes in a week and continue to delight your husband :)

Friend, you are a craftsman! it smells bestial in my house, I subscribe to your blog. Congratulations, I look forward to trying other recipes :)

:) Thanks, I hope your kitchen smells just as good every time you try a recipe from my blog.

Very good cauliflower, I made one today. I also put dill in the egg and sour cream composition, otherwise I followed the recipe. Very tasty.

As I always abuse dill in my recipes, I am absolutely convinced that I would have liked your version of baked cauliflower :)

Okay, we have at the beginning 100 g of cheese, then 1/2 of the quantity, that is 100 g, then the last 50 g left. how much cheese do we have? :)

:) The correct answer: 100 g of cheese! I wanted to remind you how much cheese was written earlier in the ingredients to know exactly how to halve it. It's just that, I also reread the recipe, my wording can give rise to interpretations: "half the amount of cheese (100 g)". It would probably have been clearer if I had done the division and put "50 g" in parentheses. But I don't start to change the recipe, anyway that amount of cheese is not so important - the cauliflower in the oven comes out about the same with 50 g more or a minus. Thank you for drawing attention to this, it may be helpful in case anyone else has any questions.

The vegetables fresh will be washed, then cut into 1 cm thick slices (zucchini, eggplant) or slices (tomatoes, mushrooms and onions), to be placed in a sufficiently large vessel. They will be mixed together with dry spices (oregano, rosemary or thyme), salt, pepper and olive oil.

In the tray large stove, lined with baking paper or aluminum foil, will settle the vegetables mixed and the tray will be placed in the preheated oven at 190 degrees, for about 30-40 minutes (how long they will soften and will decrease from the liquid left by the vegetables.

Near the end (10 minutes), will be put eggs beat well with a whisk, on the entire surface of the soaked vegetables, until they coagulate well (and get that gratin crust).

Baked vegetables with eggs they will be served hot, with lettuce.

OVEN TORTILLA (WITH EGGS, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE)

I'm just telling you that you will lick your fingers after this meal made of nothing. All together, as a whole, they give an explosion of tastes, which you can't help but like. The best part, as with almost all the recipes I suggest, is that you can adapt it according to the ingredients you have available.

INGREDIENTS

2 slices of turkey ham

30 g gouda / cheese

A few strands of green parsley

I heated the oven to 180 degrees and let the mushrooms cook for about 10 minutes, then, in a cast iron pan, I placed a tortilla, the slices of ham, the gouda cheese and the chopped bell pepper.

I took out the mushrooms and placed them over the tortilla, and over them I broke 2 eggs, well seasoned with Oo, eggs, eggs from SpiceHub (where you have a 10% discount on orders using the code SH10), onion jam, crushed marinated cheese and a little grated Parmesan.

I put the pan back in the hot oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the eggs are cooked. (Time varies depending on how much you want them cooked!)

I took the pan out of the oven, sprinkled green parsley and green onions and the meal was ready! Oh, I sprinkled plenty of hot sauce over my portion!

Preparation of baked eggs on bread:

1. Grease the pan with butter.
2. Peel the buns with a spoon and grease with butter on the inside. If we use sliced bread, grease the slices with butter on both sides, then make holes in the middle of the slice of bread with a glass.
3. Place the buns or slices of bread in the pan and also the core removed from the center of each, greased with a little butter.
4. Break the eggs and put one on each bun or slice of bread, in the hole made.
5. Sprinkle cheese or grated cheese on top. You can add diced tomatoes, peppers, bacon, ham as desired.
7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
8. Put in the preheated oven.
9. After removing from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green parsley and serve hot.
Beautiful and tasty, baked eggs are an indispensable menu in my house!

Baked spinach eggs

1. Wash the spinach and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Then remove with a whisk and allow to drain. The eggs are boiled, hardened, then placed under cold water and peeled.

2. For the sauce, melt the butter, add the flour and, after it dissolves quickly, remove from the heat and pour the milk, stirring constantly. Put back on the stove and, stirring, boil for 5 minutes.

3. In a baking dish or two smaller ones put a layer of spinach, then a small polish of sauce and eggs on top.

4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
